Intensive Outpatient Treatment
At Triune Community Treatment Center, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers structured, compassionate support for individuals seeking recovery while maintaining their daily responsibilities.
Outpatient Treatment
Our Outpatient Program provides flexible, personalized care for individuals working toward recovery. With counseling, support groups, and expert guidance, we help clients strengthen their well-being while balancing everyday life.
Assessments
Our comprehensive assessments offer a clear path forward. Through expert evaluations and personalized recommendations, we help individuals understand their needs and take the first step toward lasting recovery.
Aftercare
Our Aftercare Program provides ongoing support for lasting recovery. Through continued counseling, community resources, and relapse prevention strategies, we help clients stay strong and connected beyond treatment.
Anger Control
Our Anger Control Program helps individuals manage emotions in healthy ways. With guided therapy, coping techniques, and supportive sessions, we empower clients to respond—not react—and build better relationships.
Domestic Violence
Our Domestic Violence Program promotes accountability and healing. Through education, counseling, and behavior-focused support, we help clients build safer relationships and break harmful cycles.

Derrick Jenkins, BA, LCDC III
Chief Executive Officer
Derrick started his career in the field of addiction in January of 1998. He became a licensed alcohol and drug addiction counselor in May of 1998. He attended college at the University of Akron and now has his Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Derrick was awarded Stark County Counselor of the Year in October of 2000. Derrick’s abundance of professional certifications in the field of addiction and his 25+ years of experience in the correctional sector enable him to make a positive impact in the lives of many; specifically, those individuals who’ve been scarred by life’s pain, difficulties, and addictions. He uses his past experiences with drug addiction to motivate and encourage people who are facing the same types of challenges.
Derrick’s Christian faith has played a huge part in his passion to help the community in Stark County and surrounding areas who are battling with addiction. When Derrick is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, family and grandchildren, vacationing, and golfing.

Leta Jenkins
Chief Operations Officer
Leta brings over 30 years of experience in Financial Management, along with 15 years with Business Administration working in the field of mental health and addictive services. Leta attended courses at Stark State College for Medical Transcription; she has also obtained her Ordained Ministry license from the State of Ohio.
Leta’s specialty area of expertise for her career has been money management, auditing, billing, revenue recycle management, strong analytical and technical skills as well as exceptional customer management In Leta’s spare time she enjoys ministering the gospel, family time, traveling and shopping.

Brianna Robinson, MA, CDCA
Director of Operations
Brianna graduated with her Master of Arts in Psychology and Criminology in 2019 from The University of the Rockies and a Bachelor of Science in Business Organizational Supervision from The University of
Akron(2014). She also obtained her CDCA from the Chemical Dependency Board of Ohio. After graduation, Brianna started her career in mental health services and substance abuse treatment in 2013. Brianna previously worked in corrections at the State of Ohio Adult Parole Office, where she
worked with adults to reduce recidivism within the community of Stark County. Brianna was awarded Parole Officer of the Year in 2022 for the Akron Region for Parole. She has years of experience with adult and adolescent drug and alcohol treatment facilities, and cognitive therapy treatment.
When Brianna is not working, she enjoys being with her husband and children, vacationing, giving back to the community, discussing the gospel and spending time with family/friends.

Nicole Rye, LISW-S, LICDC
Clinical Director
Nicole is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) and a Licensed Independent Chemical
Dependency Counselor (LICDC) with a Gambling Endorsement Preliminary (GAMBp). She holds a Master of Arts in Social Work degree from the University of Akron, earned in 2019, and brings over a decade of professional experience. Throughout her career, Nicole has provided a comprehensive range of services, including direct behavioral health interventions, recovery housing management, supervision of peer supporters, and specialized support for individuals involved in the criminal justice system. Her work is centered on helping individuals break free from the cycles of addiction, incarceration, and homelessness through evidence-based, compassionate care.
Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her teenage sons, caring for her Shih Tzu and kitties, connecting to nature, and staying actively engaged with the recovery community.

Sally Longstreth Fluck LISW-S
Project Director
Sally is a licensed independent social worker and has worked in the field for over 45 years. She has experience in several different seculars, including the field of behavioral health and addiction recovery services. After retiring in 2022, Sally has since devoted her time to volunteer work in faith-based programs, which now has become her passion. She believes that addiction is a brain disease as well as a spiritual disease and recovery, though difficult, is possible and that as we grow in our relationship with God and draw upon the Holy Spirit to give us the strength we need, we can walk in the freedom that God promises us.
